That stalk stem is a little long for the yellow clockwork so it's going on my other clocky.
Just experimenting at the moment, seeing what seatposts/stems fit etc at the moment. I will update when I'm more certain of what will be going on.

Hi, that stem you have above is identical to my 89 clockwork, minus the decal. Hopefully you should be able to get set of plain set of uncut white bars easier enough, I was fortunate to have some white bars with my frame and forks. I have a Orange stalk stem in black 10cm long with noodle, a lot shorter, but minus the plastic cap unfortunately, but you could potentially paint that stem of you wish?
