Grab some elastomer/polyurethene rods/tubes from somewhere and cut and stick them it, possible drill for the lower one's
Stick springs in the top?
I really don't think these forks are worth the fortune importing the 'kit' (not sure don't even think they are MCU, and actually the lower level solid elastomer)
or see if the PACE elastomers fit.
While they are porbably one of the best looking forks, they are in my opinion one of the worst for suspension.
