In my experience sticky slave cylinders can be cured by a combination of a good bleed, clean with hot water, detergent and a tooth brush to get rid of the accumulated filth. Then with pads removed, a liberal spraying of xcp professional spray. Then holding one piston down, work the other in and out with the master cylinder then swap. Keep spraying, and wiping of the surplus / gunk.
