Hmmmm, I can’t seem to shake my interest/attraction to Suntour’s XC9000 range; I guess it’s a hang up from my adolescence… :facepalm:

Only made for three years (’87 to ’89) and at the time it was Suntour’s best. I don’t think many manufacturers used it as OEM spec as Deore XTII was pretty much the go-to by then. Anyway unlike last time, this time I’m after the '89 stuff, but in black…

Thanks for those. Is the protuberance that the shifter is mounted to part of the casting or is it a separate piece? It looks like it’s one piece but I thought better ask.
