Yeti bmx style seat collar, 7spd freewheel and ferrules

Hi,
I'm preparing the build of my 91 Yeti PRO FRO (once it will be repainted), so I'm starting to look for some parts that are missing, including the BMX style seat post collar (a black one), a 7 spd freewheel (Dura Ace 7400 ?), and some cable ferrules (only need 3 or 4 but more would be fine in order to have some spares ..).

it seems to be for 6mm cables. do you have a pic of your ferrules ?

but this is what they'd look like if you used 6mm cable... which I have in abundance if you want White
