Steel hardtail frame

looking for a steel hardtail mtb frame to build as a road training rig.
needs to be retro but, i don't want to spend too much.
cosmetic condition is not important but, needs to be structuraly sound.
WHY?

i think its an 18/19",can also supply a manitou fork with it. offers(not a lot!) its only a 1999 though so probs not old enough for you.

I've got the 1993 Kona Lavadome up on here for sale if you want....was tryng to sell as acomplete bike but will split if your only wanting a frame.
