I'm just purchasing an RC200 F2 to rebuild (haven't collected yet though!). I'm keen to crack on with it as soon as I can, partly because I will be butchering my Kona for wheels, so will not have a ride until I get this up and running........ :shock:
Thought this would be a good place to start, as a lot of people seem to be stripping RC200's to sell, whereas I am going the other way...
I know I need the following harder to find items, not too fussed about manufacturers etc, but want it to be top spec where poss (XTR or equivalent), and as true to form as I can (mid-late 90's)
Seatpost (27.0mm)
Headset
Crankset (3 speed)
BB (what size?)
I have loads of saved searches on ebay, though any tips on where I can find these or if folks have bits taken of RC200's I'd be happy for advice!
