Cheap Aluminium frame 20/21"

Looking to build a budget hack for a neighbour, something along the lines of a Giant, Saracen, Carerra etc nothing fancy.

20 - 21" frame + forks (non susp)
Aluminium
Ok with cosmetic damage, and bare aluminium projects
If possible disc brake ready but not essential
In the SW or willing to post

I have a whole bike built up and ready to ride - probably £75 including postage

Its a Claud Butler something or other with a mix of LX and STX-RC bits. Rear bearings are grumbly - I'll see if I can sort these if you are interested.

It will have a different saddle and post as these were fitted for a trip to the shops for sweets and comics.... (26.8mm post)

What's the size ?

One a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being an anchor and 1 being a tea bag) how much roughly does it weigh ?

It weighs not much. Maybe a 50% extra free bag of tetleyes. Size is a healthy 21 with quite a long top tube. Forks are Voodoo.
