Cannondale Bottom Bracket Cable Guide

Can't complete my 1990 Cannondale 3.0 series build without a bottom bracket cable guide.Original part was A149 and was secured into the frame by a screw through a central hole.Replacement part I have is a push fit,doesn't work and has a longer guide length and different profile.

Please can anyone help?The only part on Ebay is the one I have.
