One inch quill stem FOUND....THANKS!

Hi folks. I'm after a 1" quill stem. It needs to be between 130 and 150mm, and be 0 to 20 degree rise. Ideally steel, and black, but would consider anything.

I have a black 150mm T-bone, black is a bit faded. £10 posted. Can do pics tomorrow morning if you're interested?
