I'm after one of the above with a "stack height" of no more than 2mm as there is not a lot of steerer to play with i.e. King Headset needs all the available thread..

I've seen the Tektro one, but 5mm is not gunna cut it :roll:

I used this one;

It's under cut and comes with a silver washer also so you can leave it off to make it even thinner.

Looks a lot nicer than the Tektro one as well.

They also do cheap, if a little agricultural looking, Zoom stems in 1 1/4 flavour as well.
