P.S. FH-HG50 is Exage level hubs (300/500EX/LX style), old 7spd one. I've seen them online, part number is Y30H98010 http://www.cooksoncycles.co.uk/parts/fr ... ehub-body/ for far more than the hub would cost/karma's on here.

I damaged the inner part that hold the bearings in place, in the picture its the inner ring, not sure what its called.
Wrecked it with a screwdriver i am embarassed to say :facepalm:

The shiney bearing or the metal seal thing (seal) that rubs against the rubber o-ring-type-thing on the axle.
If you don't mind a newer 7spd version shimano tech doc say the RM-40 (7spd) can be used.
