Such a thing n'existe pas.
Shimano was 36T smallest right until the days of Compact Road chainsets. If you want 34T it would have to be an aftermarket one like Pace or RaceFace. TBH I'm not even sure older Shimano chainsets will take less than 35T without the chain rubbing on the arm.
