580mm wide (minimum).
130mm extension (maximum).
25.4mm (1") quill diameter [for 28.6mm (1-1/8") threaded steerers].

Maybe others will prove me wrong, but I've never seen bullmooses for 1 1/8 quill.
I believe Legrandfromage has a NOS Nitto set for 1" available.

You'd need a shim, of course...

Otherwise, you're looking at some of the Neo-retro 1 1/8 ahead ones with a stem adapter.

I can help them do that ;)
I've seen several different ones which had a 25.4mm quill.
