I'm looking for a steel (or titanium, dreams dreams  ) nickel finished frame, size L or 18.5/19.5" (i'm 6 feet), with rear canti bridge or lateral mount, like Orange, Parkpre or Marin.

This one was perfect but in 17" a way to small for me

Widen your search to a 94 DiamondBack Axis. Mine would be perfect for you, but I'm not selling I'm afraid.

Re: Nickel finished frame

Would you consider a frame without the rear canti bridge? I've got an unpainted skinny tubed stainless steel frame without one & no disc mount either though so it's prob about 1997. You could use V brakes or get a bridge welded on. Weight is exactly 5 lbs bare. It's 20'' centre to top of extended seat tube with 22.75'' top tube. Just finished building it up in it's latest incarnation today. Can take a photo tomorrow. Make - who knows? I had an identical frame that had metal Claud Butler badges & a Tange MTB tubing sticker on it so it's presumably something generic that various different makers put their own stamp on. Rode really well when I last had it built-up & doesn't rust despite having no paint or lacquer.

Re: Nickel finished frame - nearly

Took this out for maiden ride today, nice dry trails apart from the occasional flooded section. Bike rode really well, needs some lighter tyres to liven it up a bit but very pleased. Polished steel frame, no paint or lacquer.
Don't need it though, got loads! Would sell.
It takes a 29.4 seatpost (I've shimmed up a 27.2) & 31.8 front mech. I'm 5' 11'' & it fits me fine with the seat in this position.
