HI, RECENTLY PURCHASED AN OLD SKOOL TIOGA REVOLVER CHAINSET OFF EBAY AND WAS TOLD IT HAD THE ORIGINAL NON DRIVE SIDE CUP MISSING WHICH HAD BEEN REPLACED WITH A SPLINED SHIMANO ONE WHICH WORKED BUT HAVING TRIED TO FIT IT TO MY '97 GIANT ATX 990 TOMAC EDITION DH BIKE WHICH I'M BUILDING, NOTICED THAT THE CUP SPACING ISN'T RIGHT. THE ORIGINAL CUP ON THE DRIVE SIDE HAS 2 FLATS FOR TIGHTENING, THE DRIVE SIDE ARM IS REMOVEABLE BUT THE NON DRIVE SIDE IS FIXED TO THE AXLE SO CAN'T TIGHTEN THE CUP USING THE SPLINE TOOL TO GET THE CORRECT ALIGNMENT/ TENSION ON THE BOTTOM BRACKET AND THE CUP STICKS OUT THE FRAME. ANY CHANCE ANYONE OUT THERE HAS OR KNOWS SOMEONE WHO MIGHT HAVE SOME SPARE PARTS TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT? :? I COULD GET A NON DRIVE SIDE CUP MACHINED BY A LOCAL ENGINEERING COMPANY BUT IT WOULD COST MORE THAN I'D BE HAPPY SPLASHING TO SOLVE SUCH A SMALL PROBLEM. ANY HELP OR ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.... :D :D

THANKS IN ADVANCE.... NEIL.

HAPPY TRAILS.... AND REMEMBER, THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS TOO MANY BIKES...... JUST NOT ENOUGH TIME TO RIDE THEM ALL!!!!
