I belive this is what you are looking for.
Oh, BTW, The Magura workshop manual suggests using a brake cable inner between the stops, with a adjustable barrel clamp to keep it tight, and putting heat shrink hose over the magura hose and the brake clable inner, then when you heat the lot with a hair dryer it keeps it all tight and neat against the frame. Nice idea but a bit of work!
