b'std key seized in my U lock this morning.. any ideas on how to get it out?
dont care if I wreck the key.. as long as the locks okay!

is it locked round something at the moment? guessing not by how relaxed you seem about it!

the bikes not locked with this lock. using another lock.

the lock is locked to a bike stand. I leave the lock there overnite rather than carry it. after 14yrs looks like it finally might have died..

I think that all makes sence? ;)

Leave it to soak. Then go and buy one of the cheap motorbike locks from lidl/aldi, when that plan fails :lol:

the locks still attached to the bike stand & is deffo gonna stay there. new decent lock already on the way

.... 14yr old lock.. maybe its got some retro ebay worth? :lol:

Scant dude, I'm over in Wales at the end of the month (28/29/30 April) Staying over in Barmouth but we'll be doing the CyB/Marin thing I expect.
4 of us middle aged dudes and only two of us regularly bike so it'll be a medium paced affair. You fancy it? Bike ride and a few beers on the night?

steve, I'll let ya know, appreciate the offer :D currently Bri & maybe some of the Trek boys maybe coming down that wkend. tho top priority is my mate tinks who's moving to Vancouver end of this month & I really dont wanna miss his leaving do ride :D
