I am in need of a new crown / steerer for a pair of Specialized Future Shock FSX forks. I purchased a set off 'the Bay' and they were described as 1" steerer (perfect for my '92 S-Works Carbon), unfortunately I didn't have a set of verneirs to measure the diameter when I recieved them. When I came to fit them I found that the steerer was 1.125" Doh!
Can anybody help in providing a new crown and steerer, Ideally a set form another pair of Future Shock forks but I've also heard that some Rock Shox crowns may fit too? I need the 1" steerer to be at least 170ish mm long.
Alternatively anybody got a pair of early 90's 1" Specialized direct drive forks?
