Bottm bracket tool - Action Tec type

Does anyone have an Action Tec bottom bracket tool i can buy/borrow/rent etc so i can swop my bearings over.
I think the Park HCW-5 tool may be the same dimensionally but can anyone confirm this, if it is has anyone got one of them?

Actually I do have an actiontec bb tool.
It is a circle with three teeth.
Pm me if you want to borrow it.
