who knows where i can find probably a 1 1/4 inch rigid and threaded fork
or to turn it into a 1 1/8 inch ahead (if possible)

also up for swap a marzochi dh in mint cond. for a matching rigid

"its not impossible, it just cost more"

Ebay or wanted-section in here for a threaded fork or a donor frame perhaps

Or get spacers to turn it into 1 1/8. "Problem Solvers".

1 1/4 for a Cromega DX ??

colour ? alu or steel ?

Post some pics of your A star.. ;)

Do you happen to know the year and frame size of your Alpinestar? The steerers vary in length greatly, I have found, so it will be better to be accurate with this for someone to help.... ;)

I think I have one single pair spare at the moment, if you know the measurements of what you need???

Looks good in the pics, definitely a 1991 'e-stay' model.

Obviously from the pics I cannot tell what size the frame is, so not completely sure which length steerer you would need.

Are the Marzocci's threaded steerer as well?? If so, a good starting point would be to measure the steerer on them....

Hope that helps..?

im takin it apart this week
so measuresments will be taken

I believe its a 20" frame
marzochi is threaded

keep yall posted
