Rear wheel, handlebars, seatpost and saddle

Looking for some decently wide handlebars (prefer a bit of a lift), a 27mm seatpost (preference for lightweight) and a saddle to go with them (again something light enough preferred).

Also looking for a rear wheel - prefer Mavic on XT hub 8 speed

Not too fussed about the age of above, need to get a bike rolling first and will then fall back on period / retro pieces (it is all for a 95ish Gary Fisher XCaliber project bike)

I’ve got a X517 black rim on rear XT M750 hub and think I’ve got a bontrager 27.0 seatpost. Pm if any good
