I have one that fits your description, need to check if its 36 though. I think it's a fatso or suspension (cant remember the difference tbh). Bought it to keep as a spare for a set of wheels on a build, but I barely ride it so unlikely to wear the built one out.
I'll check the spoke count and post some pics if it's a 36.

I already have a NOS 32h Hope Fatso that is built onto a NOS 32h 231CD hard ano rim...however I am in the situation where I have a NOS 32h Ringle Bubba hub and a NOS 36h 231CD, so I am thinking its easier to source the 36h Hope hub than a NOS 36h Ringle Bubba. (First world problems)
