Collecting parts for an upcoming 1988 Stumpjumper Comp build if anyone has some M-730 6 speed thumbshifters,M-730 6 speed rear mech,M-730 cantilevers with the Deore XT pads and some M-730 XT beartrap pedals.
If anyone has anything in good condition give me a shout please.

I have a front and rear mech with the white lettering available I think. Remind me to have a look if I don't get back to you. Wheels as well.

Definitely interested in the rear mech,i've got a front mech in the post but if yours is in better condition i'd be looking to buy that aswell.
Are the wheels GX26 on XT hubs?

Very nice but there to new for this build the ones I'm after didn't even have SLR :)

I have some (x 3 pairs actually!) of M-730 beartraps £37 + postage

condition wise the bearings good, but used lots by so cosmetically less good? or really cool if you appreciate the amount of riding effort invested in them 8) ...
