15"/16"/17" Bike or part complete for the wife

Re:

Still got this if you're up for a project...

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=371364

It's now in bits although I've not yet managed to shift the seatpost. I'm fairly determined that I am going to get it out at some point, in which case I might hang on to it until my daughter is big enough for it...

In the meantime I would be happy to let the frame and (stuck) post go for nothing if you can pick up soonish (North London). You can have all the bits too for a drink.

I have a 98 Kona Cinder Cone, Marzocchi Z2 forks, Avid Arch Rival brakes, XTR rear mech, STX front and chainset, new cassette and chain. I need to strip and rebuild her to be sure I’m happy with it all to sell as I’ve just got hold of her or I can sell as is and let you do the work. Comes with a Kona Seatpost and a black Specialised body geometry saddle.

If your interested let me know as I’ll likely strip it for parts soon.

Re:

In the last couple of weeks I have acquired 2 options that would fit your needs, sir (although I note your earlier mentioned GT aversion :D )
Better details to follow & I'll try to sort some pics,

#1 - GT Outpost Trail in baby blue, 16" alloy frame. Complete bike, appears to be 100% original inc fabulous WTB embriodered saddle. Fully rigid.

#2 - Muddy Fox Courier Comp in green, again 16" frame (I need to check). Complete bike & 100% original as far as I can tell atm; also has a embroidered MFX saddle & this has RST suspension forks.

Both bikes seem to be original, hardly used & would only require minimal cleaning//fettling/pumping to be ridable - although I have not spent any time with them so that is entirely a view formed during a "look see."

Hopefully there will be a couple of general photos in the links below.........

I can get more/better should either machine float your boat.

I live in Kent, but my office is near Westerham & I regularly travel into Surrey, so meeting/delivery is easy.
I have no idea what these are worth tbh. A friend paid money for them & had kept them in a garage for "a while."
She's now a single Mum & needs the space, so I thought it'd be good to recycle these into some cash for her.
We can discuss details if there's any interest.

Cheers!

I’m about to put a small Clockwork up for sale. It’s 14 or 15” so will have to check. 1992/3 with period parts and requiring a little love for an easy resto. Let me know if you are interested.
