Looking for an early 90’s Project

Looking for a Project bike/Frame.
Early 90’s preffered.
I’m 6ft, so wanting something to fit me right.
Rigid or just front sus! No full suspension..
Like the slightly oversized look frame, with a sloping top tube..
 
I'm going to be selling this if its of any interest? (saddle currently set for 6ft3)

I can vouch for the Kona having seen it in the flesh to deliver the wheels. It’s a lovely bike at a great price :)
