I can do you a set of Dia Compe levers and matching arms, pretty sure I even removed them carefully from the bike they were on when I split it and left the cables, noodles etc on as they weren't on there long. I'll try to dig out a pic, they're no XTR or Pauls of course so don't expect exotica.
