Hi all. :D

Trying to help a work colleague out whose been joining on our weekly evening ride. Trouble is.... The bike he's on is a proper gas pipe BSO that weighs a ton! He would definitely benefit from something a bit lighter.

After something...
- In a 17" / 18" frame size
- Must be a complete bike in Rideable condition
- Hardtail with either sus or rigid fork
- Can collect Leics/Warwick/Oxford areas.... But happy to offer postage/courier if further afield.

What Have you got?

....ALSO

1 1/8" quill stem wanted. 130 - 140mm ..... the more basic the better!!
Needed to try and sort the riding position on the BSO!

Thanks in advance.

Both sound perfect!!

Could you post some pics please so I can show my work colleague?

Would you be happy to box either up for a courier to collect if it's a goer?

Thanks in advance.

Got a nickel plated steel stem that fits the bill, missing the top cap but very tidy. You can have it for postage.

That's an interesting curve ball!! - I'll show this to my work colleague and see what he thinks.

Thanks for the heads up

( you've reminded me I need to get some new pics up of the 704XT too!! )

Cheers.
