Nope definitely after a 19" or at a push 20", minifreaks Orange is an 18" so as i said, just a bit small.
I am tall enough to ride a 21", just i prefer a slightly smaller frame :D

I have a 1993 Clockwork in (unless I'm mistaken) 19" flavour. I will measure it tonight if you're interested.

Willing to part out just the F&F?

I'm looking for a new project now my Schwinn is done and dusted.

Yep, I haven't a problem with that. Drop me a message if you want.

Bear in mind that a 20" early 90s Kona is really an 18" frame CTT - they included the seat tube extension in the frame size.

I fit an early 90s 20" Kona frame nicely - at least, I need at least a 350mm seatpost - and I'm only 5'10".
