As above, anyone got a GT Hadley wheelset? Not fussy about colour or them being immaculate! WHY?
Failing that perhaps a pair of hope hubbed wheels to suit rim brakes??

Please there used to be loads out there but these days it's like finding hen's teeth!

I have a 'proper' Hadley front/ STX-RC 8spd rear on some decent Araya.

Proper as in sealed bearing type rather than cup n cone.

Thanks Le Grande. Do the rims match? So the Hadley is made in the USA?
Got any pics and how much are you looking for? ;)

The hub is USA as far as I'm aware

The rims match and probably £55 posted for the pair as the rims are worn but not knackered.

They are in the shed but I'm sure the front matches these:

Cool. I'll hold fire and see if anyone has a matching pair, but they're on the maybe list to finally get my RTS beyond the frame stage!

the Hadley ones have "made in the USA" engraved. There is a sealed bearing one that isn't Hadley too.

I think that Pinkbike pic shows a Hadley rear and GT front, so mine is a GT but doubt its a Hadley.

They were destined for a secret GT projects but at £55, I'd rather have the money for now.

Re:

I have a rather tasty pair that I was thinking of moving on, funnily enough!

Silver hubs on black Mavic 217's, with black alloy nipples/DT revolution spokes. IIRC they also have a Ti freehub? They're in pretty good nick overall.

They haven't been used in anger since a winter ride a couple of years back. They're stored at the moment but I'll clean them up and send some pics on before the week is out, if you're interested :)
