Any recommendations for a teeny tiny cheap roady waterproof that will ball up super small in a jersey pocket? Or are roadies just too hard to stay dry?

It's not going to rain so I wouldn't bother.

On a similar note are Roadies allowed to use camelbaks? or will Kaiser be setting up tables with cups of water around the route?

ZZ check Aldis for a tiny jacket, haven't used it but it is small.

No cups I'm afraid 2 water bottles should see you right though :)

I can only carry one water bottle on my frame as my other bottle cages don't match the bike.
