OK, so a few of us are into kayaks and such, as well as bikes.

What I propose is one way on the water, t'other on bike.

Two groups, split half and half with a big get together at the half way.

Outline date sometime in August or September. Three days needed so preferably a long weekend.

Need around twelve to make this a goer, so who is up for it?

I can provide tents, kayaks and bikes for anyone coming from afar, as well as every other conceivable comfort.

Everyone to throw in what they can for a catering budget and possibly some en route 'events'.

Scoping general interest.

Highlandsflyer.

Damn, I wouldn't know one end of a kayak from another   :(

Sounds like an adventure for mac retrofolk though

Re:

Sounds interesting. A note of interest from me depending on dates etc.

Suitable for novice (ie never been in one )kayakers ?

Keith, I have set this pretty far in advance. For the less initiated we can use double kayaks, or of course open canoes double manned. Please sign up, as this is really a kick ass event, being as you will do the Great Glen twice in one weekend!

Re:

HF your in for a real eye opener when you see Keith and his "Glamping" entourage, he needs more stuff with him than Katie Price did in I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!

Rob, we have one team from the East, one from the West. Is this wise and should we think smaller? (My idea was to make it a gentle race..)
