replace levers?

is it possible if sourced to replace levers on these?


mech and QR all seen betterdays i think and these are for replacement left brake control lot of play and end broken and very scraped

It is,you undo that bolt at the pivot normally.
It's not worth it though as you'll probably just get the whole lot.
 
just set about the mechs and QR's wi some metal cleaner (autosol or the likes), once you rub your fingers to submission they'll look like new
