Where to get Plusgas penetrator + Thread lock in Edinburgh?

Anyone know where I can get the above Preferably on the south side of Edinburgh but will go anywhere?

You have just enriched my vocabulary, but google was able to find a few in Edinburgh, so will give them a ring tomorrow. I have been to my local garage but they were of no use and could not point me in the right direction.
