I bought a old Dekerf Generation from this guy, it had major repair done by Chas Roberts.
The result - the repair seems to be holding up, I am 18 stone and have given it a fair test. So far, so good.
The bike has a set on old sun tours, 60 mm travel, 680mm risers, 2.35 Big Apple slicks.
Result - unbelievable, fast light handling, climbs like a goat and flies like the wind.
I have two Dekerfs, this is sooooo different, it is similar to me beloved Bontrager race light.
To Clockworkgazz, many , many thanks, don't know exactly why the set up works, it just does
Blessings
Joss

18 stone? That'll be nae bother for the repair efter Gazz and his ample arse...

And be warned... don't answer any phone calls or texts from him when Kilmarnock are playing away at Dundee or United.
