To be fair you are a much better road rider than me ZZ, your build and legs are made for road work, lots of sustained power- mind you going downhill.....

Gazz I just had a thought, that gearing you were pushing wouldn't have contributed towards your knee problem would it? :?

Nothing that extreme 52 and 42 up front and the largest cog on the back is 20, mind you i had to walk a bit of the big hill at the end but kaisers taunts got me back on again "pain fades shame lasts forever" or some such motivating utterance :lol:
