OK girls get the scales out

13st 1lb = 183lbs = 83kg

I'm not gonna be obsessive about this BUT I want this to be my re-build year after my enforced lay off.

Quote from this time last year when I was 92kg

You know, the more I look back through this, the more I realise what a load of bollox all this weight watching is.
So for this year I've two goals.

1. Get away on a foreign riding trip somewhere new.
2. Make an effort to ride more with other people.

If I lose weight great, if I don't, who cares as long as I'm having fun.

Currently 94.kg

Managed goal one though, with a great weeks riding in Ibiza.
Goal two didn’t go to plan. Did have some great group rides but pretty few and far between. Managed more riding lately with my old riding buddies but things been pretty quiet on Macretro front.

More miles definitely needed this year as I’m already signed up for the Glentress 7, with Jimo as my teammate.

91 kg.

Every effin' year it's the same, put on at least 3 kg over Christmas.

Dry January, diet with the wife, and I might even consider running again. On the plus side, now gainfully unemployed, so plenty of time. On the down side, back is currently a tad knackered.

Target: 84kg by June 1st.
