July. My target though is below 80kg, preferably by the end of the month :? though by the Drumalnrig challenge would be fine or at a push 10UTB.

... hard to measure when it's coiled like a broon cobra on the porcelain.

17 miles on my quick hilly circuit tonight, average up to 16.6mph, not bad.

Gmac now 80.7 after dropping off 2 Turkish delights, and 30 miles this evening.... I feel I deserve a beer now :lol:

another 23 miles tonight, slower average speed than normal but felt quicker which was weird.
