The Ken 81.6kg, up a bit due to food and lack of effort.

Missed a couple of weigh-ins whilel I changed my insulin back to old regime. Sugar levels have settle back down and so has the weight. 2 gym sessions this week so far but no riding since Pitmedden. Off work next week, keys hope the weather improves.

Oh lemon cake, why are you so hard to resist the night before the fat club weigh in?

27 miles tonight, absolutely gorgous weather... Until the halfway point freezing hail that turned to around an inch of slush on the roads, never been so wet or cold on a run, and that includes the Ben Nevis run.

It is a flat ride with a climb back up to my house at the end, felt good other than the cold. Under 2 hours excluding waits at the meeting point I even held back from the main group to see a slower rider to the end.
