Went so far up the black and his chain snapped, so we headed back down to the car to fix it. Headed back up to go up the red but couldn't get past just where blue velvet starts for the logging. Must have done BBB half a dozen times and the easy jumps another half a dozen. Even played around on the big jumps and drop offs.

sigh.. have also gain weight
used to be so very neat and androgyne
now calfs have swelled and nice little tummy all hard n ribbed :(
blame chistopher macdougall and his funny book
now 186cm 69kg.. goal is a 5kg drop.. how- eat less, run more

zigzag 88.0kg (at least the weight gain is slowing
Gazz 85.28kg down a pound so suppose it is the right direction)
The Ken 81kg - I think that is the same but I weighed in 2 days late, hope I'm not too late for the graph update.

A quick 20m on the road bike this afternoon. Not a bad time, but still a fair bit off my best from last summer so work to do.

keithyr 104kg (lost a cheeky wee pound)

very surprised, had family birthday party (my 40th) on sat night so plenty of beer and shite food but wis puking my ring sunday so mustve got rid of a load o calories lol.
