managed less in terms of effort this week

only
30min on the turbo
2hr on road bike
2* 1hr games of 5s

& that's part of the problem.

giving up the smokes & doing exercise is putting my metabolism through the roof, i'm eating without discrimination that seems to be the bigger issue for me currently

well done everyone else, you all seem to be make good progress

no change for me this week 87.08 kg, but they do say muscle is heavier than fat :lol:

On holiday in London, so no weighing until Friday. Lots of walking but lots of red wine. 3 course banquet in Chinatown on Monday for Chinese new year probably won't have helped.
Extra miles next week I think.

81kg :( no change since first weigh, 3 days ago I was 2lb lighter but I weighed in at lunchtime.

1 hour 15mins on the turbo, arse is killing me- the flite hates my lardy arse it wouls seem- this week I'm going to step up to the plate baby.
