I've worked out I can loose a stone by cutting my self open and laying my intestines in the sink while I weigh myself. All you need is dettol, a sharpish knife and rudimentary sewing skills.

Ah if only it was that simple TK, based on the amount of animal intestines I've removed, putting them back correctly makes rubics cubes seem easy peasy :lol:
