In order...

The tandem needs a new rear mech, maybe an alfine rear wheel instead if I can convince the other shareholder.
The Sunn xchox needs the headset sorted, either a new headset or more beer can shimming. Also needs a shock rebuild or (more likely) I'll bung a modern budget one on there. It's never going to get a lot of miles so I'll just do something that looks nice and kind of works
Sunn Roader is more or less done
Sunn Xircuit is done, just needs riding :D
Building up the new Kona Scab at the moment, got all the parts and that'll be done this month
The Norco will be getting new (old) bars and stem, which I've already got and just need to fit
The Club Roost is done, just needs riding :D
The Rumble is done, just needs riding :D
The dale is sweet, have a vague plan to put some 180mm forks on there to replace the 160mm they have at the moment, but not in any rush to do it.
The Giant road bike is to be re-buillt with new wheels and tri-bars to get it a bit closer to a race machine for the summer. Got the bars but not the wheels yet.

Oh, and the Mongoose IBOC has been stripped and I'll probably get rid of it. I do really like it but it seems a bit over-prepared to hold onto a frame just in case I get smaller! And I'm really, really, really going to try not to buy any more bikes or frames this year.

For me it's to get of aNd ride

Get the brakes and fox on the Bullit fixed and make use of the hills by me

Get the manitou up and running and persuade Mikee to make a couple of press fit collars for the headtube repair and ask Eck if he has a spare short rear hope axle so I can test for the disks..

Phew not much then

Not got any bike plans apart from getting the Bravado done, Club Roost needs the brakes sorted (a job for Willy Bain), plan to strip the Clockwork and re do it grey.

That may be it with bikes as i want to get a decent size hut/workshop built out in my back garden, the garage is also needing work on the roof and i want to get it lined etc so will need plenty of money for all that.

Plan to do more riding/excercise and get a lot fitter in 2012 :)

No huge bike plans other than riding, if i'm to finish a build it'd probably be the RTS then the Clunker, have plans for the house (a new shed, gutters replaced, render fixed, fencing etc etc) so thats going to eat money, also have the Escort project that i want to really steam into next year (shell rolling with built engine and box in place is the aim)

Well so far Ive got two bike related aims, 1/ Im wanting to do a proper coast to coast on the MTB + the BobYak + camping + and as much off road as I can. 2/ LandsEnd to J'o'G on the road bike, havent decided on what Im doing for accommodation yet.

I can hear yous all now, "end of October and hes thinking about next year already"

Me I've to finish the FAT the Ibis and the Klein, think the rest will be shelved indefinitely, still have the notion of a Ti project. I won't bore you of my annual clearoot threat this time either. Modern bikes should see some come and some go, do fancy something new though but my mind changes all the time.. will be trying to lighten the Kona King and the road bike, maybe a new hardtail in the offing.

Managed to finish the FAT and just about the Klein, Ibis still has a wee bit to go. Did slip the Yo in there though. And I did shift some modern stuff about, kinda..

Hoping to do a few races and sportives and really looking forward to Torridon as well as ticking a few trails I've been saying I'm going to do for years. I also have had a notion for an Arran loop series, cycling both directions then figure of 8 then a double :) not on the same day mind.

I haven't even got over to Arran at all this year never mind doing all those rides! I'll move them to 2013's list. I did manage a few races/sportives though and a major tick box with the 3 peaks.

2013 will see the Ibis complete and the ususal coming and going of bikes. No point promising anything on that score. I have promised myself a big ride somewhere but the fates seem against me. Still lots of planning to do. I think I'll wait till January before I commit to anything else.

What I will say is that in the background we are beavering away with some quality MacRetro rides for next year so stay tuned :D
