I'm too effin knackered to know yet if I enjoyed that tonight. :lol:
Couldn't be arsed driving as fast as usual on way home, got 65mpg. 8)

Just had ma tea and toast to refuel the legs. Great ride, more like interval training at times. Cane a section then stop to chat and recover. Felt like I was flying tonight, cleaned climbs for the first time. Those 29" Ravashing Robs were doing the business.

The rain naw no really we had a few spots but it started on the way home in the car.

Sitting here as well watching the Lions game but feeling satisfied with last night's effort. Thanks guys. 8)
Feeling it a bit though, legs are knackered. No oldies rugby training for me this afternoon.
