Since Ive been off the bike for 2 or 3 weeks the fitness has just evaporated :(

I'm only getting in 1 ride a week just now - not ideal training, not even doing the commute on bike because of the hour I finish. Haven't been home long enough to get on the turbo either. did do an hour with the boys at the BMX park today though :)

if mikee is up for it we can do Lomonds or take yous round pitmedden.

alternatively i can take you to Deans again and then link through via cycle path to devilla forest at kincardine. should be a decent 3hour rideout.
