Definately still interested, but I'm on hols in the lakes next week, what dates are you proposing?

I tried to make this my local groups annual ride but they voted to do arran again, so I'll be doing a 2 day beer fuelled tour of Arran on the 3rd/4th of September.

Just bought a new tent for the likes of this trip, single skin lightweight on a par with my Tesco pannier purchase :) warning on it not to use in mountains :) I'll test it at Drum first.

OK - hows abouts last weekend in August (27/28th) or we're into September. Probably good to get it out o' the way before torrential rain starts

I'm flexible date wise at the moment.

Sept 3/4
Sept 10/11
Sept 17/18
Sept 24/25 (holiday weekend?)

:?:

I am toying with the idea of going to the peaks this year so I may have to take a rain check on this.
