Halfords roll top waterproof panniers are no bad. Well cheaper than Ortliebs or Vaude and have lasted me for years. Might need a wee bit extra securing if your off road touring :wink:

Bivvy tents are great if you spend some cash and are very light, nae use for romantic interludes with a significant other though. I recommend Terra Nova for top quality lightweight tents :wink:

Carry the fuel in a Sigg bottle on yer frame, whole thing packs into the outer casing.........I dare say ye could run them on most flammable spirits if ye were pushed.
