Thought aboot it but although interesting, poosibly a bit too organised for my taste. But maybe. Lots of ifs and buts in there - hmmmmm.

would we not be better thinking about Skye, it struck a chord with the ctc mob, is remote and has a stunning and unique landscape. It would also be different to the areas we have ridden thus far.

Still advocate the west highland route reprise with possibly the addition of a run down the glen coe mt bike gondola/run for some dh thrills. We wont get lost, great run for the folk south of the border and lots of easy riding to enjoy the congenial (congenital?) company- go on you know you want to.

It is pretty much the same route - maybe need to lengthen it a bit. Start at Bridge of Orchy and make it into a worthwhile overnighter? Or base at Ft Bill and do something else next day?
