Ive just been on Google and looked at JoG to Gretna 362 miles, Gretna
was just a reference point on the border. Thats what was crossing my mind. :roll:

Looks like you guys need to get organized. Big ideas need big plans. You will need a few people to act as Co-ordinators and then get in touch with the AEC and Dep of the area groups with an outline of your plans and a rough route.
Might be worth getting the Guvnor on board as well as the NAC'r.

Happy to do my bit riding but IMHO will take to much effort for a pretty random idea, much easier to do a retro road event but if someone wants to spend an inordinate amount of time sorting this then knock yourells out. :D

You need to do a set of qualifying audax events before you get to enter the PBP. I think the organisers need proof you've got what it takes. I know a superfit guy whose done it, it near killed even him :shock:
