No, that would have been easier,

Brilliant night stomping my old trails with very good company, the dreghorn decent looks like it will slide off down the hill soon, big landslide waiting to happen.

Well done to stephan too, I hope your first mtb ride didn't put you off.

Tazio, fear not, it was not as extreme as it sounded. Some folk rode like nutters and some faced the consequences. Others bimbled along, we rested a lot, sections were walked. Mechanicals mainly due to ineptitude and old componentry. We never abandoned a rider and all rallied around when there were problems.

We are a group of middle aged individuals of widely varying fitness levels united in having a laugh on old bikes :wink:

That Pentlands meet was a right good laugh :lol:
